In the event that the client cancels a booking with The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement, for event ticketing or otherwise, all cancellation charges shall be met by the client The client shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of the visit and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which may constitute a breach of the law or in any way cause a nuisance or be an infringement of or occasion Failure to do so shall entitle The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement to require the offending individual(s) to leave the venue and shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The client will be responsible for any damage to the property of The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement caused by it or its guests during the visit. Smoking is not permitted within any of the company premises, you will be responsible for the conduct of all guests to ensure that this legislation is strictly adhered to. Failure to do so shall entitle The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement to require the offending individual(s) to leave the venue.
You are liable for all costs resulting from breakages and loss or damage to any equipment or fixtures and fittings not caused by The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement. The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement will make every effort to provide you with the menu of your choice. If for any reason, such as seasonal change or unavailability of produce, this proves impractical, The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement will provide a substitute menu.
Please note that menu prices are subject to change due to seasonal influences. The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement reserves the right to alter menu prices without notice.
The Arley Estate 1990 Settlement accepts no responsibility for items left or stored during any visit.
In the unlikely event we are forced to change or cancel the opening times or event dates completely, Arley’s liability will be limited to a transfer to the next appropriate date or a refund in full of the fee paid at the date of cancellation. We regret that we are unable to make a refund for non-attendance on the day. Equally, we will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by the cancellation of the event resulting from government action, strike, civil commotion, national disaster, inclement weather or other force majeure event which includes (but is not limited to) war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport and changes of schedule or operational decisions of any transport carrier.
